Heat a frying pan and pour in water. Place the shrimp in the pan. Simmer them over low heat for 10 minutes.
Stir the shrimp twice during cooking. Salt and pepper the shrimp to taste, stir again.
When all the water has evaporated, add paprika, sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Stir and fry the shrimp for another 1-2 minutes.
Place the prawns on a plate and garnish with chilli and a lemon wedge if desired.
