
Clean and drain the shrimp.

Prepare the mixtures for the breading. Beat 1 egg with salt. Pour the flour and breadcrumbs into convenient containers.

Dredge shrimp in flour.

Then dip in the egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs on all sides.

Heat a frying pan with high sides and plenty of vegetable oil. Gently lower the shrimp into the oil for 2 minutes.

Remove the cooked shrimp and place them on paper towels to drain off excess oil.

Serve with sauce.
