Roll out the dough to fit the baking pan. Place the dough in the pan, forming the bottom and sides.
Prepare the filling: in a bowl, mix the apples, 70 g of sugar and starch. Then spread the filling on the dough.
Make the top crusty layer: In a bowl, mix the melted butter, remaining sugar and flour. Rub the mixture with your hands until it has the consistency of sand, then add the nuts and mix well again.
Place the resulting mixture on top of the apples in the pie.
Bake the pie in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 175°C.
