Mix milk and water, heat until warm and pour into a large bowl.
Add dry yeast, a tablespoon of sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour to the liquid. Mix everything until smooth. Cover the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 20 minutes. During this time, it should fill with bubbles and rise slightly.
In a separate bowl, break two chicken eggs. Add salt and the remaining sugar. Beat the eggs with a whisk until fluffy.
When the dough has risen, combine it with the beaten eggs and mix gently.
Then gradually add flour into the bowl in parts and mix.
Add melted butter. Knead the dough until it begins to come away from the sides of the bowl and your hands.
Form the dough into a ball, place it back in the bowl and cover with a towel. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
When the dough has risen, place it on a floured table. Knead the dough a little with your hands.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 3-5 mm. Cut the resulting layer into small rectangles.
Place a sausage and two slices of cheese on a piece of dough. Wrap the filling in the dough.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with vegetable oil. Place the sausages in dough on the baking sheet and brush them with egg yolk.
Place the sausages in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180°C.
Sausages in dough with cheese are ready. Enjoy your meal!
