
Chop the onion and grate the carrots.

Cut the chapins into thin slices, and the eggs can be cut into any shape.

Fry the mushrooms in oil.

Put the mushrooms to cool and fry the onion and carrots in the same pan. The onion should be fried until translucent.

Place mushrooms, sautéed mixture, eggs, butter, salt and pepper in a blender.

You need to chop everything to get a homogeneous mass. Transfer the pate to a bowl or other container from which it will be easy to take it.

Spread the chilled pate over the bread and serve for breakfast, first or second course. Enjoy!
