Good afternoon! I present to your attention a sandwich with mashed young peas with smoked meats.
Fry the slices of bread until golden brown in a pan without oil.
Put the peas in boiling salted water, cook for 5 minutes.
Drain the water from the peas, add garlic to the mass and chop with a blender until a thick "paste" is formed.
We assemble the sandwich: spread bread with pea paste, decorate with radishes, cut into rings, smoked meats, parsley and whole peas.
