We take out the olives and black olives from the brine and finely chop. We cut the cheese into slices.
We cut off the “lids” of the buns, take out the crumb and stuff it: put chopped olives and olives on the bottom, then slices of boiled pork, cheese, put olives and olives on top again. Close with lids.
Cut the buns, decorate with olives and olives.
