Prepare the vegetables and greens. Chop the sweet pepper into thin slices. Cut the garlic into thin slices and the green onions into feathers.
Fry the vegetables and seafood. Pour oil into a heated frying pan and add pepper, onion and garlic. Fry the vegetables for 5 minutes, then pour in the cream and simmer until thickened. Add the shrimp, pepper (ground peppercorns), salt and immediately remove the frying pan from the heat.
Start baking the fish. Place a piece of salmon without cuts, skin side down. Sprinkle with lemon and put in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Prepare salmon with shrimps in sauce for serving. Remove the baked fish. Carefully add the prepared filling, spread over the surface. Put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
