Salmon Steak in Sweet Chili Sauce
Ingredients
- Salmon steak - 250 g
- Soy sauce - 60 g
- Sweet chili sauce - 90 g
- Lime - 30 g
- Ginger root - 150 g
- Green onions - 8 g
- Chili pepper - 15 g

Finely chop the onion and ginger.
