Ingredients

Step 1

Fry shrimp with garlic and thyme for 2 minutes.

Step 2

For salad dressing, mix 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, lemon juice and balsamic sauce.

Step 3

Put a salad mix, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers and shrimp on a platter. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
