
Cut the smoked chicken into medium-sized pieces. Cut the cucumber and carrot into thin strips.

Cut the hard cheese into thin strips.

Place the chopped ingredients in a deep bowl. Add canned corn to the bowl, draining the water beforehand. Add mayonnaise, salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Mix all ingredients well. When all components are evenly soaked in the dressing, the dish will become tender and rich.

Transfer the salad to serving plates. Garnish with a sprig of basil and a cherry tomato. Enjoy!
