
Place washed jars and lids in a cold oven, turn on the oven to preheat to 120 degrees, turn off the oven after 13-15 minutes.

Cut the bell pepper into rings.

Peel the cucumbers with a vegetable peeler and cut them into slices.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

Chop the garlic.

Mix vegetables in a deep bowl, add 1-2 teaspoons of vegetable oil.

Add 1 teaspoon of vinegar, sugar, salt, bay leaf, ground black pepper to the vegetables. Divide the vegetable mixture into portioned jars.

Let the salad sit in a cool, dark place for 1-2 days. Enjoy!
