
Slice the red onion into thin quarter rings.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into four pieces.

Cut the mozzarella cheese balls into 4 pieces.

Chop the garlic.

Cut the quail eggs in half.

Fry the chicken breast in spices and vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes on each side. Cool and cut into thin slices.

Fry the onion in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil.

Add garlic, red wine and finely chopped parsley to the onion. Bring the sauce to a boil and remove from the heat.

Place arugula, cherry tomatoes, quail eggs and chicken breast pieces in portions on a salad plate.

Dress the salad with wine sauce and garnish with basil leaves.
