Place the chicken fillet in boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes until done.
Grate the cucumber on a fine grater. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
Grate the yolks and whites separately on a fine grater.
Cut the boiled chicken fillet into small cubes.
Now assemble the salad. To do this, take a special form, a flat salad bowl or a baking dish. Put the sliced chicken on the bottom and grease with mayonnaise.
Place the next layers in the following order: tomatoes, yolk, cucumbers and white. Remove the salad form.
Garnish the salad with herbs and pine nuts.
