Peel the potatoes, carrots and eggs.
Chop the onion into small cubes.
Mash the fish with a fork and place it on the bottom of the salad dish.
Spread a small amount of mayonnaise over the fish layer.
The next layer is grated egg white. Leave the yolk for decoration.
Grate carrots and potatoes on a coarse grater. Lay out the next layers of salad in the following order: carrots, onions and potatoes. Grease everything on top with another layer of mayonnaise.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and distribute it evenly over the potatoes.
The last layer is made of chopped egg yolks. Garnish the salad with parsley leaves.
