Pour flour into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt. Mix.
Add warm water and knead the dough.
Roll out a circle of dough 2-3 mm thick.
Take out the cores of the apples. Cut apples into slices.
Stepping back 3 cm from the edges of the dough, lay out the apple slices in a circle. Sprinkle the top of the apples with cinnamon and sugar. Fold over the edges of the dough.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
