Cut the sausages in half lengthwise and slice into circles.
Cut the pepper into strips.
Cut the carrots into half circles.
Heat a frying pan with a little vegetable oil, add the onion and fry for 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add the carrots, continue frying and stirring for another 3-4 minutes.
Add pepper and sausages to the vegetables and stir. Fry until the sausages are golden.
Place the washed rice in the pan, pour in water so that it covers the entire contents of the pan. Salt, pepper and add your favorite spices to taste. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes until the rice is ready.
The dish is ready. Stir – and it’s ready to serve!
