Prepare the rice. Pour water into a saucepan and place on the fire. When the water boils, add the well-washed rice and cook, stirring, for about 10 minutes until all the water is absorbed.
Proceed to the final stage of cooking the kulesh. After the water has evaporated from the rice, reduce the heat, add salt, sugar and pour in half a glass of milk every 5 minutes. Stir the porridge constantly and cook for about 20 minutes until fully cooked. Let the rice kulesh sit for 10-15 minutes.
