Pork ribs in a pot is a tasty and filling dish of meat and vegetables. In addition to pork ribs, it includes potatoes, onions, tomatoes and bell peppers. The dish is baked in a pot for just an hour, the pork is soaked in spices and vegetables, due to which the meat becomes juicy and tender. Before putting the dish in the oven, the ribs are fried in a frying pan so that the meat has a crispy crust. Take fresh ribs, they should be of a uniform color, the fat should be white, with a pleasant smell.

Fry the ribs. Place the ribs in a deep container, season with spices, salt, pepper, and stir. Leave them to marinate for 60 minutes. Then heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown on each side, about 7-10 minutes.

Prepare the potatoes. Place the potatoes in the same pan where the ribs were fried, lightly fry over medium heat, about 5-7 minutes.

Form a pot and bake the meat with vegetables. Place the resulting preparations on the bottom of the pots in the following order: ribs, onions, peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Add about 2/3 cup of water and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours.
