Fry the ribs. Place the ribs in a deep container, season with spices, salt, pepper, and stir. Leave them to marinate for 60 minutes. Then heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown on each side, about 7-10 minutes.
Prepare the potatoes. Place the potatoes in the same pan where the ribs were fried, lightly fry over medium heat, about 5-7 minutes.
Form a pot and bake the meat with vegetables. Place the resulting preparations on the bottom of the pots in the following order: ribs, onions, peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Add about 2/3 cup of water and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours.
