A quick version of the classic rassolnik. Millet significantly saves time on soup preparation and adds variety to the familiar taste. If desired, this cereal can be replaced with couscous. However, the obligatory ingredient of this soup is still pickles, which add an irreplaceable sourness.

Place the pork in boiling water. After boiling, add salt to taste and black pepper and leave to simmer for 1.5 hours.
