Finely chop the mint leaves, peel the orange and squeeze out the juice.
Rinse the quinoa thoroughly in a few warm waters and cook according to package instructions. Drain on a sieve, put in a bowl, sprinkle with nut butter, orange juice, sprinkle with zest and mint, mix.
Coarsely chop the strawberries. In a non-stick skillet, heat sugar, vanilla sugar and 1 tbsp. l. water. Once sugar dissolves, add strawberries, stir quickly and remove from heat. Let stand in the pan for 5 minutes.
Mix strawberries with quinoa and serve.
