Heat oil in a large frying pan, put the minced meat. Salt, pepper, add thyme leaves. Fry, stirring and breaking up lumps with a spatula.
Chop the onion, carrot and celery in a food processor. When minced meat is browned, add rosemary leaves, Worcestershire sauce, crush garlic. After a couple of minutes, add vegetables. Cook over medium heat, stirring.
Add chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!
