Variant of the French "quiche" pie with ham, fried chicken and mushrooms.
In a bowl, mix the sifted flour, a pinch of salt, chop the butter, grind. Add the egg and roll the dough into a ball. Roll out the dough to a size slightly larger than the diameter of the mold. Transfer the dough into a mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Salt, pepper and fry the chicken fillet in a grill pan (or a regular pan) until tender. Cut into cubes. Cut the ham into strips, grate the cheese. Combine chicken, ham, mushrooms, a little cream. Put the stuffing in the form.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, pour over the remaining cream. Bake 45 min. at 180 degrees.
