
Mix flour and butter in a deep bowl. Rub the ingredients with your hands or a spatula until they form crumbs.

Add two chicken eggs and salt to the flour and butter crumbs.

Knead the dough with your hands and form it into a ball. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel or cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Chop the broccoli.

Roll out the dough thinly (3-4 mm). Place it in a baking pan. Once you have formed the boots, cut off the excess dough. Make holes in the dough with a fork.

Place chopped broccoli on top of the dough.

In a separate container, mix two eggs and a glass of cream. Add salt and pepper.

Pour the creamy egg mixture over the broccoli.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and place the quiche in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
