Cut the pumpkin into equal slices of small size.
Put the sliced pumpkin in the microwave for 5-7 minutes.
Remove the skin from the pumpkin.
Place the pumpkin in a blender, add milk, cream and sugar. Mix everything until smooth.
Pour the resulting mass into ice cream molds and put in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Remove the finished ice cream from the molds.
If desired, ice cream can be decorated with berries and nuts. I garnished with frozen cherries and almond flakes.
