An unusually delicious combination of carrots, pumpkin and orange. Ginger will add a spicy taste, and croutons - crunch and satiety.
Cut the pumpkin into cubes, grate the carrots, onion and ginger into small cubes. Fry all the vegetables one by one.
Boil water or broth. Put the fried pumpkin there first and cook for 10 minutes. Then add the rest of the ingredients: diced oranges, carrots, onions, ginger. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Beat the boiled vegetables with a blender into a homogeneous mass. Serve with crackers, croutons. Garnish with a sprig of greens and slices of fresh oranges.
