
Place the raisins in a deep plate, cover with cool water and leave for 5 minutes, then rinse well.

When the dough is defrosted, roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 3-4 mm. Spread the raisins evenly on top and sprinkle with sugar.

Roll the dough with the filling into a roll and cut into small pieces 3-4 cm wide.

Place the puff pastries in a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Brush them with egg and leave for 5 minutes.

Place the puff pastries in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180C until golden brown.
