
After washing, break the chicken eggs into a bowl.

Mix the whites and yolks until smooth.

Slice the mushrooms.

Cut the dough into equal-sized squares. Place the mushroom filling on them.

Form the dough into envelopes, sealing the edges with a fork. Sprinkle with a little flour.

Lightly brush the resulting envelopes with the egg mixture.

Bake the mushroom puff pastries for 10-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 °C.

Let the puff pastries cool slightly before serving.
