Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of 3-4 mm, then cut it into two parts. Cut the strawberries in half and place them on the dough. Sprinkle the strawberries with sugar on top.
Roll up the dough and pinch the edges.
Place the puff pastry in a baking dish, on parchment paper. Cover the puff pastry with a raw egg and leave for 5 minutes.
Place the puff pastries in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
