Cut the banana into slices.
In a separate container, beat the egg until smooth.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 12 pieces.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the puff pastry on it and brush with beaten egg.
Sprinkle each piece of puff pastry with sugar and place a banana slice on top.
