Grind the almonds.
Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm.
Spread the dough with strawberry jam.
Sprinkle grated almonds on top of the jam.
Roll the dough with the filling into a tight roll.
Cut the roll into 2 cm thick slices.
Stick a wooden stick into each product. Bamboo Chinese sticks are best for this purpose. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, grease it with vegetable or butter and lay out the blanks.
Bake the curls in the oven for 20-30 minutes. When they are ready, take them out and cover with a towel. Leave the curls for 10 minutes to cool down a little.
Sprinkle the dessert with powdered sugar.
