Presidential Texas Grilled Catfish

Ingredients

2 cups cornmeal
For the lezon:
2 h. l. year
0.25 cup wheat flour
fine sea salt
<a href="/product/yajca-99">egg</a> - 1 pc
0.25 tsp each onion and garlic powder
1 som weighing 1.5–2 kg.
milk
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
0.5 tsp crushed white pepper.
0.5 tsp ground black pepper
For breading

Step 1

Cut the cleaned and washed catfish carcass into fillets without skin, cut into slices the size of a matchbox, only a little thinner. From milk, eggs, salt and white pepper, prepare a lezon. Mix all the ingredients for the breading. Dip the fish slices in the ice cream, then roll in breadcrumbs and deep-fry until done.
