
Cut the potatoes into small cubes, chop the mushrooms into thin slices, and chop the fresh herbs.

Grease a baking dish with a little vegetable oil. Place the potatoes on the bottom of the dish, then spread them with mayonnaise.

Place the sliced mushrooms on top, mix, add mayonnaise if necessary. Season with ground black pepper and salt to taste.

Bake the potatoes in the oven at 180℃ for 40-50 minutes. Divide the finished dish into portions, place on serving plates, and garnish with chopped fresh herbs. Enjoy!
