Prepare potato dough. Boil mashed potatoes. Add eggs, salt, spices, flour to the mashed potatoes and mix until smooth. The dough should be sticky.
Form the sticks. Cut the cheese into strips. With wet hands, form a flat cake from the potato dough. Put the cheese in the middle and seal the edges of the flat cake to form a stick. Do this until all the potato dough and cheese are used up. Roll each potato stick in breadcrumbs.
Fry the sticks. Fry the sticks on medium heat on both sides for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Place the sticks on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
