Delicious, fragrant, and also very satisfying dish of potatoes, ham and bacon. A great option for a hearty breakfast, and for dinner, such pancakes will come in handy!

Peel potatoes and onions. Rub on a medium grater.

Salt. Squeeze out excess juice with your hands. Add eggs, pepper, flour. Mix.

Add finely chopped bacon and ham.

Mix.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Spread the potato dough with a tablespoon.

Fry the pancakes on both sides over medium heat.

Serve with sour cream and herbs. From greens, I prefer fragrant cilantro to such pancakes.
