Cut the potatoes.
Cut the mushrooms.
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Combine chicken eggs and milk in a deep bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix eggs and milk until smooth.
Place the minced meat in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil.
Fry the minced meat until done.
Place the first layer of sliced potato casserole on the pan.
Place the fried mince on top of the potatoes.
Place a layer of mushrooms on top of the minced meat.
Grease the layer of mushrooms with mayonnaise.
Place grated cheese and chopped tomatoes on top of the mayonnaise.
Pour the egg and milk mixture over the casserole.
Cover the casserole with a lid and cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes.
