Potato casserole - tender cheese puree under a crispy crust, sprinkled with fried bacon. Our recipe has simple and affordable ingredients, from which you can quickly cook a delicious dinner in the oven for a small or large company!

Step 1

Add softened butter, sour cream and garlic powder to the boiled potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste and mash the potatoes into a puree.

Step 2

Add half of the grated cheese and eggs to the potatoes and mix well.

Step 3

Place the resulting mixture in a mold, spread the cheese on top and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
