Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces, put them in a saucepan, fill with water, add salt and put on medium heat. Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes after the water boils.

Mash the boiled potatoes with a masher or fork, adding a little potato broth. Add salt if necessary.

Cut the sausages into random small pieces.

Place mashed potatoes, sliced sausages and chopped parsley in a deep container and mix.

Roll out a small piece of dough on a floured surface and place the filling in the center.

Gently but firmly pinch the edges of the pie, gathering the folds in the center and hiding the filling inside.

Heat enough oil in a deep frying pan to cover half the height of the pie. Lower the pies into the hot oil with the seams facing down. Fry until golden, about 5 minutes.

When the pies are browned enough on one side, turn them over and fry again until golden brown.

Place the finished pies on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. The pies are ready to be served!
