This delicious dish is easy to prepare for a family dinner on a weekday, and for a group of friends on the weekend. In mushroom season, use any forest mushrooms.
Finely chop the bacon. Peel and chop the garlic. Finely chop the green onion. Mushrooms cut into slices.
Heat a skillet with olive oil and fry the bacon until golden brown, 3 minutes.
Add mushrooms, onion and garlic and continue to fry for another 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. In the same skillet over medium heat, sear the pork for 3 minutes. from each side. Transfer to a plate.
Add butter to the pan and melt. Add flour and cook, stirring, 2 minutes. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Put sour cream and mushrooms, stir, if necessary, salt the sauce. Return the pork to the pan and heat with the sauce for 2 minutes, remove from heat.
