
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the pieces of meat in and fry over high heat. When the pork starts to release juice, reduce the heat to medium. Fry, stirring, until the liquid has completely evaporated. Add the onion to the pork, stir and fry for another 5 minutes.

Pour flour into a bowl and add 0.5 cups of cream, stir until smooth. While stirring the sauce, pour in the remaining cream and sour cream. Add paprika, coriander, marjoram, basil and stir. Salt and pepper. Add garlic. Mix well.

Pour the sauce over the pork and simmer, stirring, over low heat for 10 minutes. Turn off the stove. Cover the pan with a lid. Leave the dish to soak in the sauce for 15 minutes.
