Lard the pork. Make cuts on the surface of the meat and insert pieces of carrot and garlic into them.
Marinate the meat. In a bowl, mix the vegetable oil, dry chili pepper, salt and paprika. Rub the meat with the seasoning mixture. Wrap the pork in cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Bake the meat in the oven. Place the pork leg on foil and wrap it in a double layer. Bake the meat in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 60 minutes. Unfold the foil, pour the meat with its own juice. Put the baking tray with the pork in the oven for another 20 minutes, periodically pouring the meat with juice.
