
Take a bowl or any other deep container. Place an unfolded plastic bag in it.

Grease it with a little vegetable oil.

Break an egg into it.

Roll the egg tightly in the bag so that the yolk does not leak. Tie it.

Bring water to a boil and drop the poached egg into the barely bubbling liquid. Cook for 3 minutes.

Take out the bag with the cooked egg. Make a cut and take out the poached egg.
