Cut the onion into half rings, the carrot into thin strips. Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized cubes.
Heat a frying pan with a little vegetable oil. Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes over medium heat, then add the carrots to the pan. Fry the vegetables, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in another frying pan and put the chopped chicken fillet in it. Fry the fillet over medium heat, stirring, for 5 minutes. A minute before the fillet is ready, sprinkle the chicken with salt and spices.
Place the vegetables and chicken in the multicooker bowl. Distribute the ingredients evenly on the bottom of the bowl and carefully place the washed bulgur on top.
Sprinkle the bulgur with salt and spices and add the peeled garlic cloves to the multicooker bowl.
Pour 2 cups of water into the multicooker bowl. There should be enough water so that it is about 1 cm higher than the cereal.
Turn on the "Pilaf" program and cook the bulgur until the beep. Then stir the pilaf and let it sit for another 5 minutes. Enjoy!
