Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Put them in a salad bowl and add salad dressing. Cut the pepper into strips. Peel the garlic, remove the sprout, chop. Chop the chives. Mix goat cheese, garlic, onion in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Lay the slices of boiled ham on a cutting table. Cut them into three or four pieces lengthwise. Distribute the filling and roll into rolls, fastening with sprouts of chives. On serving plates, distribute lettuce leaves, ham and decorate everything with pepper strips. Serve well chilled.
