Beat two eggs and two tablespoons of fructose into a stable foam.
Pour 250 g of melted butter and 100 g of warm milk into the resulting mixture. To mix everything.
Gradually add two cups of flour and baking powder to liquid ingredients. Knead the dough.
Wrap the resulting dough in cling film and refrigerate for two hours.
For the filling of the pie, beat two eggs, two tablespoons of fructose and 200 g of cottage cheese.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll out into a 1 cm layer, put in a mold.
Pour the filling into the mold with the dough.
Send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove the cake, cool slightly and proceed to decorate with strawberries and blueberries.
