The cake turns out not only tasty and unusual, but also a very beautiful edible gift. An edible gift is the easiest way to give your loved ones and loved ones a piece of your soul.
Add sugar, yolk, coconut flakes to cottage cheese and mix.
From the curd mass, form balls the size of a walnut, and send for 30 minutes in the freezer.
Cooking dough. Beat butter with sugar, then add eggs, sour cream and beat well with a mixer. Next, add baking powder, vanilla sugar, flour and knead the dough.
We divide the dough into two equal parts. In one part add 2 tbsp. l. cocoa and 3 tbsp. l. milk. Lubricate the form with oil and pour the light dough into it first, and spread the dark dough (with cocoa) on top of it. Then press the frozen cottage cheese-coconut balls into the dough.
We bake our cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
For the custard, beat the egg with sugar and vanilla, add the flour. Pour in 2 tbsp. milk and put on fire, stirring with a whisk. Bring until the cream thickens. Spread custard over cooled pie.
Decorate to taste. I decorated the cake with black and red currants and apple roses. Such a cake is not only tasty and unusual, but also very beautiful.
Serve in portions with coffee or tea. Enjoy your meal! Warmth and comfort to your home!
