Cut the champignons and marinated mushrooms into small cubes.
Chop the onion into small cubes.
Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife and chop.
Chop the greens finely.
Heat a frying pan with butter and fry the onion and garlic for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
Add mushrooms to the onion and garlic. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a little water, simmer.
2 minutes before the end, add chopped herbs and stir.
Serve the finished mushroom appetizer in a deep salad bowl. Garnish with fresh herbs and sour cream.
