Cook the penne. Pour boiled water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the penne to the water and stir. Cook according to the instructions on the package, stirring constantly. Then drain the pasta in a colander.
Combine the ingredients. Place the penne in the breast with cream and mix the pasta.
