Pear and chocolate, even individually, contribute to the production of the hormone of happiness - serotonin. Can you imagine what they can do together?
Peel the pears, leaving the stems. Pour 1 cup of water into a saucepan and dissolve the sugar in it. Boil the pears in the syrup for about 20 minutes until they are soft. Take out, dry and set aside.
Evaporate the syrup by half and melt the chocolate broken into pieces in it. Add oil, mix to get a homogeneous mass. Remove from fire.
Divide ice cream into 2 servings and put in pre-chilled bowls. Place the pears tail-side up on top, drizzle with warm chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
