Wash and soak the peas.
Chop the onion, potatoes, and greens. Grate the carrots.
Fry all the vegetables with vegetable oil in a frying pan until golden brown.
Add the stew to the vegetables, mix well and bring to a boil.
Pour water over the peas and let them cook until half-ready. Then add the fried mixture and potatoes to the peas, bring to a boil and cook over low heat until done.
